3. Client Agreements Control
Paid services will be governed by a separate signed proposal, service agreement, statement of work or similar client agreement. That agreement will address scope, deliverables, fees, payment, timing, cancellation, refunds, data responsibilities and other client-specific terms.
If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls for the covered services.
4. No Guaranteed Results
Marketing, outreach, audience intelligence and revenue recovery depend on many factors outside Reactive8’s control, including offer quality, market conditions, list quality, permissions, deliverability, client responsiveness and sales execution. Examples, projections and descriptions of potential outcomes are illustrative and do not guarantee leads, appointments, conversions, revenue, profitability or any other result.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use the website lawfully and avoid interfering with its operation. Clients are responsible for the lawful source and use of contact data, the accuracy of consent and permission records, required notices, opt-in and opt-out handling, suppression lists, campaign instructions and their own compliance obligations unless a signed agreement expressly assigns a responsibility to Reactive8.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the website or services to violate law; send deceptive, abusive or unlawful communications; infringe rights; distribute malware; probe or disrupt systems; impersonate others; scrape or copy content at scale; submit payment-card data, protected health information or other prohibited sensitive information; or help another person do any of those things.
7. Communications
By providing contact information, you authorize Reactive8 to respond about your inquiry or requested services. Marketing email, automated calls or text messages will be sent only as permitted by applicable law and any consent you provide. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchase.

Any dispute not governed by a separate signed client agreement must be brought exclusively in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Wyoming, and each party consents to that venue and jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, sale or transfer of our business.
