Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: July 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Reactive8, LLC ("Reactive8," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information through reactive-8.com, our communications and our revenue infrastructure services.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to visitors to our website, prospective and current clients, people who contact us or schedule a meeting, and individuals whose information we process in connection with services provided to a client.

When we process contact or CRM data solely on behalf of a client, the client generally determines why and how that information is used. In that context, Reactive8 acts as a service provider or processor, and requests concerning that data may need to be directed to the client that originally collected it.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

We may collect your name, business email address, telephone number, company information, CRM or database size, average transaction value, service interests, appointment details, messages, communication preferences and other information you choose to provide.

Information collected automatically

When you use our website, we and our service providers may collect IP address, browser and device information, approximate location derived from IP address, referring pages, pages viewed, links clicked, timestamps, identifiers and information collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

Information processed for clients

Our services may involve client-provided CRM records, contact information, lead history, consent or opt-out status, conversation data, appointment information and conversion outcomes. Clients are responsible for providing information lawfully and maintaining appropriate permission, consent and suppression records.

3. Reactive8’s Proprietary Superpixel and Tracking

With your permission, we may use Reactive8’s Proprietary Superpixel across the website. Together with similar technologies, it supports visitor identification, attribution, audience creation, audience measurement, retargeting and improvement of our marketing and revenue systems.

These technologies may associate browsing activity, device or browser identifiers, network information and engagement signals with audience or attribution records. Depending on applicable law, using information for targeted advertising may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" even when no money is exchanged.

Nonessential tracking is disabled when you reject it through our consent banner. We also treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as a request to reject nonessential tracking for that browser. You can reopen Privacy Choices from the website footer to change your selection.

4. How We Use Information

  • Operate, secure and improve our website and services.
  • Respond to inquiries, evaluate fit and schedule appointments.
  • Provide revenue recovery, outreach, qualification, routing, analytics and audience-intelligence services.
  • Send administrative, service and, where permitted, marketing communications.
  • Measure performance, attribute conversions, create audiences and improve targeting.
  • Detect misuse, enforce agreements and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use client-provided contact data to market Reactive8’s own services to those contacts unless permitted by the client, the individual and applicable law.

5. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to vendors and service providers that help us operate, including GoHighLevel for forms, appointment scheduling, CRM records and email or SMS communications; hosting and security providers; professional advisers; and other contractors working under appropriate obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or at your direction.

Reactive8 does not sell or rent personal information to third parties for money. Certain advertising or audience activities may nevertheless be treated as a sale or sharing under some state privacy laws, and eligible individuals may opt out as described below.

6. Email, Telephone and SMS Communications

Where required, we use consent-based practices for marketing email, calls and text messages. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing services. Message frequency may vary, and standard message and data rates may apply.

You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP or by making a reasonable opt-out request. We may send a confirmation of your request and will maintain suppression records as appropriate.

7. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and whether an applicable law covers our activities, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of personal information; to opt out of targeted advertising, sale or certain profiling; to withdraw consent; and to appeal a denied request.

Submit a request to admin@reactive-8.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity and authority. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

If your request concerns information we process for a client, identify the relevant business so we can direct the request appropriately.

8. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining business and suppression records, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, our relationship with you and applicable requirements.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not submit payment-card information, protected health information or other highly sensitive data through the website.

10. Children

Our website and services are intended only for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. United States Processing

Reactive8 is based in the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and law.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as our services, vendors or legal obligations change. The date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes may be communicated through the website or another appropriate method.
